The UE Boom 2 is built with strong foundation and has a great 360 degree sound delivery, when you hear this speaker for the first time you will be amazed by how powerful this speaker can fill up your room. This speaker also has more in their sleeves, but you have to unlock them with the companion app. The app will allow you to adjust the equalizer effect and double up. Double up is linking UE Speaker with other UE Speaker to play the same song through Bluetooth. This app also able to be set as an alarm, so you will be woken up by your blasting favorite music.

As it have been said above, both of these Bluetooth speakers is equally good. However there are some features that not available in one of them. For example the IPX7 rated waterproof, which only available in UE Boom 2. The UE Boom 2 also has longer battery life at 15 hours, while Pulsed 2 only at 10 hours. However the Boom 2 is also a little bit pricier than Pulsed 2, if you are into outdoor activity and loves to take your speaker with you, we will recommend the waterproof UE Boom 2.
